Constitution

The Markham District Baseball Association is governed by both a Constitution and By-Laws. The Constitution can be amended only at Annual General Meetings (provided proper process is followed - for details please see the document). The By-Laws can be amended at the AGM or by a vote of the Executive at its regular meetings.
